Sargiphool 2011 Organised at Nabarangpur.

Nabarangpur:
To give exposure and to encouragement to talented students reading in Sevashram, Ashram, Residential Ashram, and Kanyashram, district level Sargiphool-2011, was organized by ST & SC development department at Shastri Bhawan Nabarangpur here on Wednesday.
Chief Guest Collector Sibabrata Dash, inaugurated the function and said that the festival will provide platform for the ST and SC students reading in the schools to showcase their skills, talents and help in up gradating their life skill activities though interaction with other students and learning through workshops.

 Mr.Dash further said that Discipline is the key to success and for students it holds a great value. Learning is the most important aspect of child development which needs an open mind and generous heart, Teacher’s play a key role in the building of personality, character, and self-confidence among the students.  

            District welfare officer, Mukund Nihal, described about the programmes, there will be a work shop, competitions in debate, creative writing in Odia, mathematics quiz, cultural shows comprising solo song in Odia, group dance, drama, music.
              Among others, PA ITDA, Paul Eaaka, Deputy collector, Nihar Ranjan Dash, spoke on the occasion. Hundreds of students from the district participated in the programme. During the cultural programmes Collector, Mr.Dash danced with the tribal students.
