Balabhadra Majhi meets the Director General of Indian Council of Agriculture
Research DR. Trilochan Mohapatro today in his office. Mr Majhi appraised
livelihood situation of farmers of Nabarangpur parliamentary constituency. In
the meeting MP also stressed the Information Communication technology (ICT) at
grassroot level so that adequate knowledge of farming can be benefit to the
Odisha's most least developed district of India. Dr.Trilochan Moapatro assures to consider the appropriate action for
development of pulse and other cultivation in a larger context in coming days.
MP Nabarangpur Er. Balabhadra Majhi Meets the Secretary, Ministry of
Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Sobhen Kumar Patnaik on Thursday. During the
discussion development of pulse cultivation and oil-seed cultivation and various
awareness programmes for agriculturist has discussed. Secretary S.K.Patnaik
also stressed to improve crop diversification and new technology at grass root
level in current Khariff season.
