Naveen’s Cabinet Reshuffle expected by next 4-5 days

As Governor MC Bhandare will be out of Odisha for more than a week, the much awaited reshuffle of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik’s Hat-Trick Cabinet, is being expected by May 10 to 11.The Governor is leaving Odisha in second week of this month and will back in a week, reshuffle might took place by May 10 or 11, sources having knowledge on ruling BJD’s political affairs said on Saturday.
Sources said, both Chief Minister Patnaik and his advisor MP Pyari Mohapatra have jointly discussed the new list of Ministers. “The list has been finalised while date for reshuffle is yet to come,” highly placed sources in BJD said.Both Patnaik and Mohapatra till now are maintaining tight-lipped fearing an internal fight within the BJD.
Sources said that senior Ministers might survive while few young Ministers might face the ire of the Big Boss this time. Many senior BJD MLAs are also eyeing for Ministerial berth.
Meanwhile, if Sources manning high profile Naveen Niwas and Third Floor of the State Secretariat are to be believed, some five to six Ministers are under scanner.With Cabinet reshuffle coming close, these Ministers are busy in clearing files. Sources said after performance rating, these Ministers are found non-performing and inefficient. “So, they would be shown the door,”

With Cabinet reshuffle coming close, these five Ministers are busy in clearing files.Sources said after performance rating, some five Ministers are found non-performing and inefficient.“So, they would be shown the door,” added a source.Sources also said, Naveen has yet not informed about the reshuffle to Party MP Pyari Mohapatra. Sources said, out of the five Ministers, few are pro-Pyari and regular visitor to Sahid Nagar.
